What is your return policy?

Because every JELANI item is made to order, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions and either a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?

No. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer. Please review our size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

No. JELANI does not offer product exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.
When will I get my order?

Every JELANI product is made to order. Most apparel and cut-and-sew garments require approximately 3–10 business days for production before shipping.

After production is complete, orders are shipped using Standard Shipping, which typically takes 5–8 business days for delivery.

In most cases, customers can expect to receive their order within approximately 8–18 business days from the date the order is placed.

Certain products, such as footwear, international shipments, customs processing, holidays, or carrier delays may extend delivery times.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. JELANI offers Free Shipping on all orders of $120 USD or more. Eligible orders automatically receive free shipping during checkout.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order, destination, and applicable shipping rates. You'll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
How can I track my order?

What happens if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.
What if my order is delayed?

Because every JELANI product is made to order, production typically takes 3–10 business days before shipping. After shipment, Standard Shipping generally takes 5–8 business days for delivery, although international orders may require additional transit time.

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. If your order hasn't arrived, please allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.
What happens if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed delivery, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or another delivery issue, we'll hold your order for up to 30 days. If you request that your package be reshipped, additional shipping charges may apply after your shipping address has been confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. JELANI ships to the United States and over 180 countries and territories worldwide.

We currently do not ship to: American Samoa, Belarus, Cuba, French Polynesia, Guadeloupe, Guam, Iran, Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO), North Korea, Northern Mariana Islands, Palestine, Russia, South Korea, Syria, U.S. Virgin Islands, Ukraine, and Venezuela.

If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
