Because every JELANI item is made to order, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If your claim is approved, we'll provide return instructions and either a replacement or refund.

No. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer. Please review our size guides and product details carefully before placing your order.

No. JELANI does not offer product exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we'll gladly review your claim and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Every JELANI piece is made to order. Most garments are crafted within 3–10 business days before shipping. Once your order is ready, delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout:

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Orders shipped with Express Shipping typically arrive within 4–12 business days, including production time. Please note that footwear may require additional production time due to its more detailed manufacturing process. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and shipping method for your order. You'll always see the total shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's delivery every step of the way.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Page. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we'll provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Because every JELANI product is made to order, production typically takes 3–10 business days before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, or high shipping volumes. If your order hasn't arrived, please allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.

If your package is returned because of an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed delivery, or another delivery issue, we'll hold your order for up to 30 days. If you request that your package be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply after your shipping address has been confirmed.

No. At this time, JELANI ships only within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Some orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages if they're produced or shipped from different fulfillment facilities. If this happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment.
