Thank you for shopping with JELANI, proudly owned and operated by JELANI LLC. Every JELANI product is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This approach allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring each item is crafted with care before it ships.

Production Time

All JELANI products are made to order.

Production begins once your order is placed. Production times vary depending on the product, but most apparel and cut-and-sew garments require approximately 3–10 business days to complete before shipping.

Please note that certain products, such as footwear, may require additional production time due to their more intricate manufacturing process.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery times begin after production has been completed.

Orders shipped using Express Shipping typically arrive within 4–12 business days, including production time, depending on the item(s) ordered.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Express Shipping

JELANI offers Free Express Shipping on all orders of $150 USD or more.

Eligible orders will automatically receive free Express Shipping during checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Availability

At this time, JELANI ships only within the United States.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed package, or another delivery issue, we'll hold the order for up to 30 days.

If you request that the package be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply. Orders not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of without further notice.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Page.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, JELANI will provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, or unusually high shipping volumes.

If your package has not arrived, please allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.

JELANI reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
