Thank you for shopping with JELANI, proudly owned and operated by JELANI LLC. Every JELANI product is made to order specifically for you after your purchase is placed. This approach allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring each item is crafted with care before it ships.

Production Time, Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All JELANI products are made to order.

Production begins once your order is placed. Production times vary by product, but most apparel and cut-and-sew garments require approximately 3–10 business days to complete before shipping.

Please note that certain products, such as footwear, may require additional production time due to their more intricate manufacturing process.

After production is complete, your order will be shipped using the shipping method selected during checkout.

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

Estimated total delivery time from order placement: 8–18 business days in most cases, including production and shipping time.

International delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, local carrier services, and regional shipping conditions.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package's progress.

Free Shipping

JELANI offers Free Shipping on all orders of $120 USD or more.

Eligible orders will automatically receive free shipping during checkout.

Free Shipping orders are typically delivered within 5–8 business days after shipment, not including production time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated during checkout based on your order, destination, and selected shipping method.

Shipping charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

JELANI ships to the United States and over 180 countries and territories worldwide.

Shipping availability may change at any time based on carrier restrictions, international regulations, or operational considerations.

JELANI currently does not ship to the following locations:

American Samoa
Belarus
Cuba
French Polynesia
Guadeloupe
Guam
Iran
Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO)
North Korea
Northern Mariana Islands
Palestine
Russia
South Korea
Syria
U.S. Virgin Islands
Ukraine
Venezuela

If your country is unavailable during checkout, we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery.

For international shipments, tracking updates may vary depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Returned Shipments

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address, an unclaimed package, refusal of delivery, unpaid customs charges, or another delivery issue, we'll hold the order for up to 30 days.

If you request that the package be reshipped, additional shipping charges will apply. Orders not claimed within 30 days may be disposed of without further notice.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery through our Contact Page.

A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product and the issue

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, JELANI will provide either a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays can occasionally occur due to carrier operations, customs inspections, severe weather, holidays, or unusually high shipping volumes.

If your package has not arrived, please allow 5 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before contacting us.

JELANI reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page.
