Return Window
Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.
Only products that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled are eligible for return.

JELANI accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date only for products that meet one or more of the following conditions:

Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are eligible for a refund only if they meet the Return Eligibility requirements listed above.
Sale pricing does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products.
Return Shipping

Refunds
