Return Window

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 calendar days after the delivery date.

Only products that are damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled are eligible for return.

Return Eligibility

JELANI accepts return requests within 30 days of the delivery date only for products that meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • The item was misprinted or contains a manufacturing defect.
  • The incorrect item, color, size, or design was received due to a fulfillment error.

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Photo evidence of the issue may be requested before a return is approved.

Returns that do not meet these eligibility requirements will not be accepted.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

JELANI does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error

  • Custom or personalized products unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect

All sales are considered final except for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders described in this policy.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, promotions, or with discount codes are eligible for a refund only if they meet the Return Eligibility requirements listed above.

Sale pricing does not affect your rights regarding damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled products.

Return Shipping

For approved returns:

  • If the return is the result of our error (including damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrectly fulfilled products), JELANI will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to the customer when applicable.

Refunds

Replacements
